Commercial stack: Polsat, TVN, and the sister entertainment and news channels. Pin TVP1, TVP2, Polsat, and TVN first. If those four play, the subscription is usable.

Sports: Ekstraklasa weekends and the Canal+ Sport or Polsat Sport rows your playlist actually includes. A Saturday match is a better test than a weekday film.

News and extras: TVP Info and the commercial news windows. Regional opt-outs can wait until the network flagships are right.

A guide that loaded but leaves TVP1 empty (or on last night’s schedule) is a matching problem.

Confirm the player has an EPG / XMLTV source.
Wait 15–30 minutes after first setup, then refresh playlist and EPG once.
Set automatic date/time and Europe/Warsaw.
If the XMLTV file is present and a public row is still wrong, bind that row by id.

TVP fails the same way: auto-match grabs “TVP1 HD” or a +1 and leaves the row you watch blank. Search the file for the id, not the pretty name. A failed login after a copy-paste is usually a space in the portal URL. Strip it and re-add the profile if the app cached a bad token.

TVP works, a premium sports row does not. That is a playlist or rights row, not an EPG id. Prove it in two apps before you remap the public stack.
