Your subscription details are typically sent within 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation. During peak hours or weekends, it may take up to 1 hour. If you haven't received your details within 2 hours, please contact our support team.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No, there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You simply pay for the subscription period you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). When your subscription expires, you can choose to renew or not — it's entirely up to you.

Quality & Speed

What is the quality of your service?

We provide the highest quality streams available. Most channels are in HD (720p) or Full HD (1080p), and many premium channels are available in 4K Ultra HD. The actual quality depends on your internet connection speed and the source quality of the channel.

What bandwidth speed do I need?

For optimal viewing: minimum 16 Mbit/s for SD channels, 25 Mbit/s for HD channels, and 30+ Mbit/s for 4K content. We also recommend using a wired Ethernet connection instead of WiFi for the most stable performance.

What should I do if I experience buffering?

If you experience buffering: 1) Check your internet speed (should be at least 16 Mbit/s), 2) Restart your router and device, 3) Try connecting via Ethernet instead of WiFi, 4) Close other apps using bandwidth. If issues persist, contact our support team.

What devices are supported?

Our service works on virtually all devices including: MAG boxes, Android TV boxes and phones, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.), iOS devices, Windows and Mac computers, Enigma2 receivers, and IPTV set-top boxes. We provide setup guides for all devices.

What apps do you recommend?

Can I use the service on 2 devices simultaneously?

Each subscription allows connection on one device at a time. If you need simultaneous multi-device access, please contact us for special packages. You can, however, use the same subscription on different devices at different times.

Can I record shows?

Recording capability depends on the app you use. Apps like TiviMate (Premium) and Perfect Player support local recording. Additionally, most of our content is available on-demand in our VOD section.
