LG Smart TV — Setup Guide

Stream IPTV on your LG WebOS Smart TV using SS IPTV or Net IPTV — available directly from the LG Content Store.

Setup Steps

Step 1: Install SS IPTV

Press Home on your LG remote, open LG Content Store, search for “SS IPTV” and install it.

Step 2: Open SS IPTV

Launch SS IPTV from your home screen. Navigate to Settings → Playlist.

Step 3: Add Your Playlist

Select Add Playlist, enter a name (e.g., “World Media Server”), paste your M3U URL, and save.

Step 4: Add EPG

Go to Settings → EPG → XMLTV URL, enter your EPG URL, and set the refresh interval to 24 hours.

Step 5: Load Channels

Return to the main screen and press Load to fetch your channels. Browse by category or use search.

Tips

  • SS IPTV is free and available on all LG WebOS 3.0+ TVs
  • Net IPTV is an alternative with similar functionality
  • Ethernet connection is recommended for 4K content
  • Enable HDMI-CEC so your TV remote controls connected devices
